[Fluxus] scheme_set_stack_base error

hi Marc,

this problem supposed to occur with an svn version of plt-scheme 4.1 and
fluxus 0.15, which is probably fixed now in the plt svn.

fluxus 0.14 requires plt 37x, while fluxus 0.15 requires plt 4.x.
