Hi all,

(detach-parent) - detaches a primitive from it's parent and maintains it's
world space position

(get-global-transform) - gets the transform from a primitive, and
concatenates all it's parent transforms on top to get the world transform
for the primitive.

Even more fluxa fixes - this time concentrating on the sample loading
thread, which was crashing sometimes inside libsndfile. I've written a
simple wav loader to get around this in the short term. There were also
some stupid mistakes with the mutexes which Evan spotted which are now
fixed.
