[Fluxus] fluxus 0.15 on osx

i managed to compile the cvs version on osx. patch is attached.

summarized changes:
- Prefix, PLTPrefix, PLTLib and PLTInclude have to be set manually when 
invoking scons
- added some include and lib paths
- moved the gl, glut and mzscheme libs to frameworks on osx
- removed some Split usage, because plt-scheme has whitespace in its 
default osx location, which breaks Split
- compiled modules are .dylib's instead of .so's

could we apply these changes to the cvs?
