[Fluxus] frisbee commits

More messing of the internals of the interpreter to fix garbage
collection bugs exposed by frisbee. CVS should be stable-ish now, but I
wouldn't use it for performances or important things for a bit. It
should install side by side with 0.14 though if you want to give it a
go.

I've added frisbee to the distribution. There are some basic examples in
examples/frisbee - but I'm still writing it :) Also added some more obj
meshes which these examples use. The core stuff seems to work, and it
behaves the same across DrScheme and the fluxus scratchpad now, which is
good.
