[Fluxus] new scheme code

Hi all,

I've finally added a load of code from al jazari into the standard
fluxus distribution. These take the form of optional scheme modules, and
mostly use the plt class system:

gui - contains the ring menu class
joylisten - the joystick listener class for use with oscjoy
time - some ntp utilities
tricks - some graphics utils including the toon effect from al jazari

To use them, call eg: (require fluxus-015/tricks) and you should be able
to call the functions they contain. I'll add docs for these soon.
