[Fluxus] plane problems

while experimenting with planes i found some problems.
running the following script

(clear)
(hint-none)
(hint-wire)
(build-plane)
(build-seg-plane 9 4)
(build-nurbs-plane 9 4)

generates 3 planes with different orientation, size and centre. i would 
prefer these attributes to be uniform regardless of plane type. 
nurbs-plane seems to be even more problematic, because it gives strange 
results when the two dimensions are different.
