I will make de deb "Suggest" or "Recommend" jackd, which in turn:

Recommends: qjackctl, libpam-modules
Suggests: jack-tools, meterbridge, libjackasyn0

I don't remember which one is stronger, will have to check out that
part of documentation.

aqualung seems a bit arbitrary though - i could add it but it would
never make it into Ubuntu proper, which is my goal.
