Warning: installs the main app to "fluxus" now - so if you want to keep
0.13 installed, rename "fluxus" to "fluxus-0.13" before you install
this.

Stuff changed since b1:

* Return of the detailed documentation, completely updated for 0.14, and
in glorious text format once again. To be used in conjunction with the
built in help system. fluxus/docs/fluxus-documentation.txt

* Artems packaging patches applied, so materials are now located in the
share directory rather than lib.

I've actually changed this a little (which you'll need to check Artem).

The data path is now passed through from the SConstruct to the
interpreter - so the /usr/share/ bit doesn't have to be hardcoded in
scratchpad-boot.scm.

I also added the version number to keep version control on this
directory to be on the safe side - i.e. it looks
like /usr/local/share/fluxus-0.14 on my machine...
