[Fluxus] installing fluxus from source in ubuntu 7.10 gutsy?

The main differences between b1 and rc1 are documentation (I added
fluxus/docs/fluxus-documentation.txt) and I applied your patches to
install the materials to /usr/share and make fluxus more debian package
friendly.
