[Fluxus] error building artm-qt

may be different scons version?

$ scons -v
SCons by Steven Knight et al.:
        engine: v0.97.0d20071203.r2509, 2007/12/03 20:20:38, by
broonie on mercator

Also, when switching branches i do this:

rm -rf .scon*

just to make sure it starts from scratch. there are some scons flags
to make it ignore those files, but I find it easier to remember the
'rm' command.
