[Fluxus] Fluxus Segmentation Fault

Ok, I'll try to have a look at all this later, I haven't updated from cvs
for a couple of weeks so I'm really behind. I'll get the latest plt too
and see what's up - it would be good to get a release done soon with all
this new stuff in.

We should also probably fix a recommended plt version for each fluxus
release, it seems things are changing a bit too much there.
