Hi all,

* Fixed F6 (see comment in main.cpp/run())

* Noises - replaced the asserts with warning messages, we don't want
assertin' when livecodin' :) This looks damn useful though...

* Fixed a physics test that was causing the new version of ode to assert.

* fluxa - sampler and synth levels are a bit better matched
wrote my own wav loader as a replacement for libsndfile which kept
crashing before the make art gig. I need to report this...

* (text-params) - some hideous and undocumented code in the TextPrimitive
to allow scripts to edit the parameters for making different texture fonts
work. I'll either remove this or make it nice before release.

Also, for developers, remember that to put fluxus through it's paces, and
really check that things are ok, on the console run:

(self-test #t)

To test every function doc script and log results to a file, and:

(run-scripts "examples/" 4)

To test every example for 4 seconds (this does flip out a little due to
changes in language and things with require, but we're mainly interested
in catching crashes when doing this).
