[Fluxus] cvs examples and DaisyChain

Yep - everything needed should be in there, let me know if there is a
problem. It's quite challenging to use, but it's mainly a quirky
performance experiment at the moment.

Most of the stuff I'm currently working on is in
http://pawfal.org/flotsam/ but there is a lot of old things in there too
which have been since moved elsewhere (mostly into fluxus).
