* More documentation fixes to the function reference examples

* (camera-hide) allows you to hide objects from specific cameras

* joylisten supports multiple input devices 

* (set-camera-update #f) allows you to turn off all camera update -
allows access to (set-camera) to set the transform rather than
(set-camera-transform) which doesn't work with multiple cameras. I need
to think about a proper solution to this...

* Fixed tab processing in the scratchpad
