[Fluxus] fluxus 0.15rc1

Hi all,

Finally a release candidate for 0.15:

I think there may be a problem in where it installs the binary extension
to, could you delete your path/to/plt/collect/fluxus-015 directory
before installing it and see if it boots up ok.

Changes:

Updated the documentation:
    * Highlevel (help) docs updated a bit
    * Added fluxa and frisbee docs to fluxus-documentation.txt
    * Fixed all remaining errors from running (self-test)

Fixes:
    * (frustum) was not working
    * (camera-hide 0) fixed (was only hiding objects)
    * (intersect-line) returning null pointer when nothing intersected 
    
Changed (test-examples) to (run-scripts dir time-per-script)

Added -h and -v to the commandline flags, prints help and version info.
