[Fluxus] misc commits

fc6 rpm of the current cvs version is at http://fluxus.mndl.hu/
i would be grateful for any feedback if someone uses it.

i have also found some ways to make fluxus exit:

(build-cylinder 0 0) causes Floating point exception

in REPL:
select some text before the cursor, e.g. 'fluxus>', press space,
backspace then enter

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
  what():  basic_string::substr
