[Fluxus] wire-opacity

usually i use transparent lines a lot when working with generative
graphics. unfortunately, i haven't been able to do it in fluxus. as i
noticed opacity works only for polygons.

i'm sending a small patch that implements the wire-opacity function, and
a short scheme test code that generates something like this:

i would love to hear your opinion about it.
