[Fluxus] debian packaging

Hi

The only fluxus dependancy that isn't in debian/ubuntu yet is fresh
enough drscheme. I've fetched the latest debian package (the
unreleased 360-2) and fixed its /debian/* for drscheme 371. I'm trying
to push the package to debian and eventually ubuntu, but since it has
no maintainer I probably have to take the responsibility for it. The
previous maintainer is willing to help me with the problems I will
encounter.

While I'm at it - should I also update Javier's fluxus packages and
see if I can get them into distros as well?
