[fluxus] 0.12b1 + cvs merge

Hi all,

The first beta for 0.12 is availible (linux only):
http://www.pawfal.org/Software/fluxus/files/fluxus-0.12b1.tar.gz

You'll need to install plt from source, built with the following:
./configure --enable-shared --prefix=/usr/local/
Other than that, the dependancies are the same (without guile of course)

Build fluxus as normal, scons, sudo scons install.
It installs the binary as fluxus-0.12, so you can run it alongside 0.11.
I think I'll keep to this practice from now on, and install a wrapper
script which you can change to switch the default version.

cvs wise: I've merged plt_scheme branch back into HEAD, and left a
dangling pre-plt-merge branch point.
