[fluxus] documentation commits

I've started the big documentation update for 0.12.
To build, go into docs and run ./makedocs.sh - this will scan through
all the source, overwrite fluxus.texi and build the html docs.

* new auto documentation system
* converted docs for Audio, GlobalState, LocalState and OSC functions
into the sourcecode.
