[Fluxus] problems installing on mac

Hi all,

I am trying to install fluxus on a macbook but it seems imponsible. I 
tried the 0.11 and 0.9 packages, none of them runs, (just nothing 
happens when i double click them) except an 0.11 version where it starts 
launching and then crashes.
I don't know how to compile from source and it seems very complicated to..
Any suggestions??
Is there any way to run fluxus within another scheme program like 
impromptu or plt sceme??
