[fluxus] fluxus plans

Hi all,

Just notification of plans afoot to replace guile with mz scheme, which
is part of plt scheme: http://www.plt-scheme.org/ This should give us
better scheme language support, documentation, speed and lots of helpful
ancillary tools. Other than that, fluxus usage shouldn't change very
much, although we may have to change the odd command if it clashes with
their implementation.

I probably won't get round to this for a little while, but it's my
intention to release 0.12 with this and as few other features as I can
manage :)
