[fluxus] candidate for an updated versio of the howto: CompilingFluxusOnMacOSX

/folks,

like promised, i made an effort of gluing all the tricks and diffs to a
new howto together and wrote a - imho - more newbie compatible text. It
is ready to release for about 90 % except for typos or something like
that - the missing part is the last one, about packaging the binary to a
an *.app directory, where i still had some problems and some errors
while starting the binary directly
