[fluxus] multitexturing driver problems

Hi all,
Getting some occasional reports about fluxus crashing on startup when
multitexturing is enabled. I think this is the same problem that Javier
had, it's probably something I can fix by using glew (which is the proper
way to initialise OpenGL features, and is used on the cvs version for
glsl).
So far it's been reported on 0.10 with an nvidia geforce 6600 with
nvidia's binary drivers, to fix it, disable the multitexturing by building
with:
scons MULTITEXTURE=0
