* fix for active and passive objects, which now pick up rotations when
they are created. it only works correctly if you specify your transforms
scale first, then rotate (translate doesn't matter) basically, ode can't
deal with shearing transforms. added this to the game example, so you
can drive over passive ramp objects

* save while text highlighted now safe (saves all rather than just the
selection!)

also added:

* hide/unhide mouse on ctrl m

* (full-path filename) searches the searchpaths and returns a full path
to the file, or the input filename if it's not found

* (hint-box) renders object bounding box, partially, need to fix
