[fluxus] framedump format

hi dave,

after playing with the framedump stuf a bit, id like to make a small (probably)
feature request. could the image format be selectable in a way thats a bit
smoother than [un]commenting the WriteJPG and WriteTiff functions, and
recompiling fluxus? perhaps somehting like (framedump-format "tiff") ?+
