[fluxus] 0.9osx-rc3

on http://www.artm.org/pub/fluxus/ you can find the rc3 image

Changes:

- Dan's application icon
- fixed guile booting

invisible changes: this image was built from tidied source tree (all
mac stuff in ./macos/)

Please test, I'm freezing the macos-scons branch, i will only fix
reported issues and merge with 'pre-0-9' branch if I get enough
success stories.

I wonder:

- does it run with no dependancies installed?
- does it run on Panther?
