* (load "filename.scm") is now (edit "filename.scm"), (source) has gone -
use the standard (load) instead
* (apply) is now (apply-transform)
* fix for the multitexturing/nurbs problem (might also fix the
(build-plane) crash Alex is seeing?)
* line primtives rewritten to support pdata, and are much more flexible -
see the docs + examples
* (start-framedump) now takes a type, one of "jpg" or "tiff" had something
much fancier planned for this, but life is too short... :P
* examples and docs updates

also tested this against all the examples - thinking of releasing 0.9, so
there will be a feature freeze for a little while and concentrate on fixes
and docs
