[fluxus] autodoc #2

Hi all,

I've cooked up a script (in scheme, naturally;) for doing this auto
documentation, which generates texinfo markup which can then be
converted into html, pdf or whatever - anyway the end result is that
code like this:
http://www.pawfal.org/fluxus/temporary/FluxusLocalState.cpp
gets converted into this:
http://www.pawfal.org/fluxus/temporary/LocalState.html

and we also get an intermediate form which will be read by a yet to be
written online help command. 

btw I'm aware that a lot of the text in that documentation needs work,
I'll need some help to de-programmer-speak-ify it at some point - and
translations would be super too... :)
