[fluxus] libs don't found

hello,
i just tried to compile fluxus on ubuntu breezy and i get errors like :

Checking for main() in C library m... no
ERROR: libm must be installed!

but :

pierre at sushibook:~/Desktop/fluxus-0.7rc1$ whereis libm
libm: /usr/lib/libm.a /usr/lib/libm.so
pierre at sushibook:~/Desktop/fluxus-0.7rc1$"

so i have updated the scons script in the fluxus install root folder 
with "/usr/lib" in place of "/usr/local/lib" but i get the sames errors...
