hi james,

thats a shame but not totally unexpected! Hmm I've only tried it out on 
a tiger machine but will have to hunt down a panther (great names!) box 
I can try it on...

I linked the binary against the OpenGL, glut, and CoreAudio frameworks - 
i'll check to see if any have changed since 10.3.9 - I've got a funny 
feeling CoreAudio might have...

Can you go to the fluxus app, show package contents, go to 
Contents/MacOS and run the fluxus binary directly and let me know what 
the terminal dumps out - hopefully it'll be something obvious & simple 
to fix (cmon who am i kidding!).
